Francis Glancy was born in 1983 in Dundee, Scotland. He lives and works in Scotland as a full-time artist.

Attended Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee University
from 2001 – 2005 receiving a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art
